How can I access AxisCare?
Each agency has their own unique web address with login permissions for any necessary staff. Your site is accessible on any web browser on computer, tablet or phone. As long as you have an internet connection, you can access your AxisCare site.

Customer Support

How can I reach customer support?

When can I call customer service for help?
Our Client Support Representatives (CSRs) are available from 7am to 7pm CST. On weekends, we have a CSR “on call” to return voicemails and emails for urgent situations.

Who answers the phones when I call?
All of our CSR’s are in-house and trained extensively. When you call or email with a question, you can expect an immediate initial response. Some questions can be answered immediately while others may take more time for research and escalation. Your CSR will do their best to communicate expectations and a potential resolution timeline for issues, as well as give you updates until your issue is fully resolved.

How will I know about changes or problems to my AxisCare site?
AxisCare sends out email to the contacts we have on file regarding any known issues, enhancements & corrections, and any other important notifications. We also use a messaging system on your AxisCare site, alerting you when you have a new unread message from us.

Onboarding

What does training look like?
We host online trainings for new AxisCare users. After you sign your service agreement, you will receive an email with information regarding your four-phase training with live trainers. Phases 1-3 will consist of group training with other Amada owners. When you’re ready to bill clients and pay caregivers for the first time, we’ll do our final (Phase 4) training to walk you through billing and payroll. Training documents and videos are also included and available to any of your employees. 

When can I begin using my AxisCare site?
AxisCare sites are typically created within 48 hours after the service agreement is signed. Depending on when your training is complete and how much data you would like us to enter for you, you can plan to go live anywhere from 2-6 weeks from signup. New/small agencies typically take 2-3 weeks from sign-up to go-live while larger agencies (with large staff and data needs) can take as long as 4-6 weeks.

Can I import my existing data?
Yes. After you sign your service agreement, our Data Migration specialist will work with you to receive and format the demographic data you wish to import into AxisCare. We will then import the data into your AxisCare site so that you have all of your valuable data on hand right away when you begin working inside AxisCare. The specifics are laid out in the Service Agreement – Data Addendum.
