Getting Started

You can expect to receive unbeatable customer service from the moment you come on board. Your customized AxisCare site will be up and running within 48 hours of signing up, and a dedicated AxisCare representative will be in contact with you immediately to schedule your live one-on-one trainings.

What does training look like? Our team is dedicated to ensuring that you and your team are fully trained on your site as quickly as possible. We will walk you through four live trainings that are customized to your agency’s needs. In training, we cover things like creating clients and caregivers, setting up visits and schedules, creating custom forms, live payroll and billing trainings, and much more. If you need further training or have new employees come on board, simply reach out to our support team to schedule a live training at any time, or use our training videos and documents that are available right on your site. We also provide continuing education webinars twice a month for your whole office to join!

Have existing data that needs to be imported? No problem. Our team can help with that!
